The mission of a DARE coach is to hand over to the managers of the commercial teams business-minded apprentices whom he or she discovered and trained in negotiation techniques and in using specific tools, so that they may become capable of managing and optimising a portfolio of suppliers.

He or she must ensure steady coaching for the trainees, both in terms of teaching them professional skills and in terms of motivating them throughout the competition.
He or she keeps in constant touch with the managers in order to monitor the progress and the achievements of the trainees.
